Terms of Service

Estimates and quotes

Phone estimates are preliminary and based on the information you provide. The binding price is the written flat-rate quote our technician gives you on site after inspecting the door. Work begins only after you approve that quote.

Scheduling and arrival windows

Arrival windows are estimates. Traffic, weather and emergency calls can shift a schedule; we will contact you if your window changes. Same-day service is subject to technician availability and parts on hand.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any additional work discovered during service is quoted separately and requires your approval before it is performed.

Warranty

Parts and labor warranty terms are stated on your invoice and vary by part and manufacturer. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, vehicle impact, storm damage, power surges, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear on consumable items such as weather seals.

Customer responsibilities

Please provide safe access to the garage, clear the work area of vehicles and belongings, and keep children and pets away while our technician is working. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural, electrical or framing conditions discovered during service.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge by contacting us before the technician is dispatched. Special-order doors and parts may be non-refundable once ordered.
