How long does a new opener installation take?
A standard replacement takes about two hours including rail assembly, limit setting, remote pairing and safety testing.
Can you install an opener I bought myself?
Yes. We'll install a customer-supplied unit, though the manufacturer warranty is then yours rather than ours.
Why does my door reverse before it closes?
Nine times out of ten it's the photo-eye sensors — misaligned, dirty or loose. It can also be an over-tight close force setting.
Do you install smart Wi-Fi openers?
